ANSELINE RETURN DETAILS
We want you to be completely happy with your online purchase. If you change your mind, we’re happy to accept returns on full-priced items for a refund or store credit, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags. Please take care when trying on our loungewear, as we cannot accept returns with any marks, pet hair, makeup stains, odors, or perfume scents. Any items that appear worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Please note that we do not accept returns on final sale or sample items.
If we detect an unusual pattern of returns, purchases, or the use of garments for content creation for personal or professional purposes, we reserve the right to limit or refuse future orders.
ANSELINE EXCHANGE DETAILS
Because our pieces are limited in availability, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you need a different size or a different item, we suggest placing a new order and returning the original item by following our returns process above.
ANSELINE RETURN SHIPPING
We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method and obtaining proof of postage, as Anseline Studio cannot issue refunds for items that are not received.
Customers are responsible for their returned goods until they reach Anseline Studio. We are unable to process refunds for items that are lost in transit or not received.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
WRONG OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving an incorrect or faulty item. Please reach out to our Customer Care team at anselinestudio@outlook.com with your order number and clear images of the issue, and we will assist you in resolving it as quickly as possible.
All returned items will be carefully assessed upon arrival and must be confirmed as faulty by Anseline Studio. Please note that items that have been worn are not considered faulty.
TIMELINE
We strive to process returns daily; however, please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed from the date your parcel is received by Anseline Studio.
Once we receive your items, they will undergo a quality review. If approved, you will receive a refund or store credit for the purchase price (excluding original shipping and return handling costs) credited to your original payment method.
You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
